Scope and operator

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply when you access or use cropol-labs.com, including its pages, contact form, text, images, and other content (the "Website"). The Website is operated by Cropol Labs, Svete Ane 30A, 31000 Osijek, Croatia.

By continuing to use the Website, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. Mandatory rights provided by applicable law are not limited by these Terms.

Acceptable use of the Website

You may use the Website for lawful informational and business-contact purposes. You must not:

• break the law, infringe another person's rights, or send unlawful content;
• attempt to bypass Turnstile, rate limits, access controls, or other security measures;
• introduce malicious code, overload the Website, scrape it excessively, or disrupt its operation;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or authority;
• use the contact form for spam, unsolicited promotions, or abusive messages; or
• copy or exploit Website content beyond the permission given in these Terms.

We may restrict or block access, reject submissions, and take reasonable protective action where we believe the Website is being misused.

Inquiries and client services

Information about consulting, websites, custom software, security, SEO, and AI describes the kinds of work we may offer. It is general marketing information, not a binding offer, guarantee, quote, or commitment to accept a project.

Sending a contact form or email does not create a client, advisory, employment, partnership, or confidential relationship. Please do not send confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information before we agree how it will be handled. We are not required to accept an inquiry or respond within a particular time.

If we decide to work together, scope, deliverables, timing, fees, payment, intellectual property, confidentiality, warranties, support, termination, and any service-specific responsibilities will be set out in a separate proposal, statement of work, or agreement. That agreement will control if it conflicts with these Website Terms.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the Website and its original design, copy, graphics, branding, code, and other content are owned by or licensed to Cropol Labs and are protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party names, logos, products, and portfolio materials remain the property of their respective owners.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access and display the Website for personal or internal business information. You may not reproduce, publish, modify, distribute, sell, license, remove ownership notices from, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission, except where law expressly allows it.

"Cropol Labs" and associated logos may not be used in a way that suggests our sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without written permission.

Third-party links and services

The Website links to client sites, product sites, social networks, email services, and other third-party destinations. We also use Vercel for hosting, Resend for contact-form email delivery, Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, and Google Maps and Google Fonts for location and typography. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy notices, and their availability or content may change without our control.

The embedded map is provided by Google. By interacting with Google Maps, you are also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms and the Google Privacy Policy.

A link, portfolio reference, or integration does not by itself mean that we endorse every statement, product, practice, or security measure of the third party. Review their terms before using their services.

Availability, disclaimers, and liability

We aim to keep the Website accurate, secure, and available, but it is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, current, complete, compatible with every device, or free of harmful components. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it without notice.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data in connection with the Website and forms part of the information governing your use of it.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Website, our services, or applicable law. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Changes apply from the time the revised Terms are published and do not retroactively alter an already signed client agreement.

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision does not waive it. These Terms do not create rights for third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without prejudice to any mandatory protections available under the law that applies to you. The competent courts in Croatia will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory law allows you to bring a claim elsewhere.
